Honoring Your Voice, Nurturing Your Growth, Embracing Your Journey
Life can often feel like a winding, unpredictable road—filled with moments of anxiety, sadness, anger, confusion, and sometimes even loneliness. At times, the path is smooth and bathed in sunlight; other days, the climb feels steep, the rain relentless, and progress slow.
Therapy, to me, is like taking a long walk. No matter where you are on your journey, I'm here to walk beside you. Whether you need someone to match your pace, offer guidance from ahead, or quietly support you from behind, you don't have to navigate this path alone.
If you're ready to begin or simply want to explore what this journey could look like, I'm here to help.

Whether you’d like me directly beside you, three steps behind, or a half-step in front, I’m here to accompany you in the way that suits your needs.

I believe for therapy to be effective it must contain an individualized approach. I strive for each client to feel heard in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. I will work with you as part of your team determining next steps that will allow you to address areas and work towards progress with your individualized therapeutic goals. My main goal is for therapy to feel as if you are having a comfortable, but therapeutic discussion. Growth arises from embracing challenges and understanding that change is a catalyst for moving toward success.

I currently only offer telehealth sessions for residents of North Carolina and Virginia. Telehealth allows clients the convenience to schedule to participate in therapy from their home or a confidential environment that easily works for their schedule. Once a telehealth session is scheduled, a client will receive a link that will connect them to the scheduled telehealth session.
In the event of a technical issue, you can rest assured that you are not alone or need to feel stressed. Christine is readily available to help resolve the problem or determine if an alternative telehealth platform is necessary. Christine believes that therapy should be a time for self-focus, not a source of stress.
